Panasonic đã công bố về chiếc máy ảnh siêu zoom DMC-FZ150. Chiếc máy ảnh siêu zoom này được cho là sẽ thay thế cho phiên bản FZ100 trước đó. Phiên bản này được trang bị 24x zoom mở rộng từ 25mm-600mm, ống kính được phủ bởi lớp Nano nhằm giảm thiểu sự phản xạ ánh sáng từ bên trong. DMC-FZ150 được trang bị cảm biến 12MP thấp hơn so với người tiền nhiệm FZ100, nhưng được được nhà sản xuất đánh giá chất lượng tốt hơn so với người tiền nhiệm của nó. Bên cạnh đó, FZ150 vẫn được duy trì khả năng chụp ảnh RAW và còn được trang bị thêm khả năng quay phim Full HD ới 1080p60 theo chuẩn AVCHD.
